I was on trip and got home to a very sick dog, the house sitter did his best but you can only do so much. So the next (Sunday) I rented a brand new carpet cleaner, did all the right things, killed my back but I just couldn’t get it back to perfect. So I bought industrial carpet cleaner, helped but I could still smell a very faint odor. So I called Joey at All Star, he got to listen to my whole sad sorry and he explained what would be best to do in this situation. Different conditions require different types of cleaning. The quote he gave me is what I paid, none of that keep adding things – and my rugs are perfect. He knocked my cleaning out of the ball park. The master bed must have been dirtier then what I had thought even before the sick dog.

I recently bought a house and the previous owner cleaned the carpet before closing. I scheduled the appointment not aware he was going to do that.
